Born and raised in Hermosa Beach California, Lynn Pépe established her interior design firm, Pépe Studio, in 2004.

At the core of her work, each project focuses on a unique sense of place and the people who live there. The initial stages involve a series of discussions that consider the landscape, the community and how the project sits in the neighborhood. Then, a deeper exploration of how her clients intend to live in their home and how specific design elements will bring their overall vision to life.

Integral to her work is meaningful collaboration and partnerships with leading architects, builders, landscape designers, and craftsmen. Lynn engages with her clients from concept to completion in a process that flows through discussions, mood boards, floor plans, renderings, kitchen and bath design, and finish selections. She is known for an instinctive talent to achieve balance between traditional and modern, aesthetics and function; and for creating relaxed, sophisticated interiors filled with custom furniture, signature vintage pieces, and contemporary art.

She believes that residential architecture should not only convey a story about the people living within, but also create the backdrop for shared moments and experiences throughout life.
